DOES TAG HEUER SUPPORT THE PRESSURE?

The Swiss luxury watchmaker Tag Heuer launched his new advertising campaign.

Tag Heuer, as many others watchmaker, is spreading sport’s values. A Tag Heuer man is brave, determined and athlete. This new video ad is echoing to a former campaign from 1991. Don’t crack under pressureputs in light Tag Heuer’s ambassadors‘ achievement in different sports. All these women and men take risks for their sporting passion. They step out of their comfort zone. They exceed the limits but never crack under pressure.



So this week it’s not a crush but a deception that A Luxury Touch wants to share with you.
Indeed, Tag Heuer’s marketing position is totally banal. This new video advertising campaign is very aesthetic   nevertheless she lacks of originality. Jean Richard, an other Swiss luxury watchmaker less popular is extoling “ a philosophy of life”. Its ambassadors are Nik Wallenda, who walked on a wire above emptiness, or Captain Sullenberger, who emergency landed a plane on the Hudson River. Wallenda and Sullenberger are two men who really don’t crack under pressure.
